​Greenview Village only offers 12-month leases upfront.

​A completed application with an application fee is required. We perform a credit and criminal background check, employment/income verification (your rent cannot exceed 30% of your total household income), and landlord references must be done.

The security deposit may be a $1000 or the sum of one month’s rent contingent upon credit results.

Greenview Village has an application fee of $35.00 per person (anyone over 18 must apply). Application fees are non-refundable and are put toward the fees we incur to run your credit.

​We accept anyone who meets our qualification criteria.  This includes a credit and criminal background check, landlord references, and income verification.  Your rent cannot exceed 30% of the total household income. 

Rent is due on the first of every month. You are able to pay via check, money order, or through our online portal.

​Rent can be paid on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd of the month with no late fee. Any rent paid on the 4th of the month or after is considered late and a $100 late fee will be charged to your account. 

​By the start of your lease, you are required to carry renters insurance and provide proof of insurance to the management office. Palmer feels that this policy not only protects our property but is also a great way to protect your belongings in case of a disaster at a low cost to you. The minimum policy that you are required to carry is $10,000 personal and $100,000 liability.

Our rent includes heat, hot water, parking, and full use of our facilities. Our clubhouse offers a gym, a billiard room with a pool and ping pong table along with our lounge area for resident entertainment. Our outdoor facilities include a tennis court, basketball court, swimming pool, two dog runs and a play area for children. We have on-site management and maintenance staff during regular business hours and twenty-four-hour emergency maintenance services.

Greenview Village includes heat, hot water, sewer, trash removal, storage, parking, and full use of all our amenities.

Each apartment home comes fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, full oven, and four-top electric range. All of our apartment homes are non-furnished. 

​The beautiful Greenview Village Clubhouse is available for a fee to be reserved for private functions by residents only. Please contact the office for further information 

​Gym, full size swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court, billiard room (ping pong and billiard table), resident lounge, and resident kitchen.

​Trash receptacles are located outside each building. Residents are responsible for the removal of their own trash.

The apartment homes at Greenview Village do not offer in-apartment laundry, however, most buildings have machines on every floor.

​Each apartment comes with a storage unit which is located on the top floor of each building.

The fitness center is open 7-days a week from 6AM to 9PM. 

The swimming pool is open from 10AM to 8PM Memorial Day through Labor Day.

​We offer free internet & WiFi in the clubhouse. 

​Greenview Village does not offer recycling at the moment 

We have cable in our clubhouse and each apartment home is set up to access cable via adding a plan with Comcast 

There are charcoal grilling stations around the property. However, you are not allowed to have any gas, propane or charcoal grills on the balconies of your apartment homes. 

​Greenview Village offers a smart package room for their residents to send packages to 

Greenview Village has a team of well-qualified maintenance professions that are available M-F 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM. Saturday, Sunday, and anytime after hours, the crew is available for emergency calls.

We are a pet-friendly community; however, we do have some breed restrictions. We do not accept the following breeds: Rottweiler, American Staffordshire Terrier, Pit-Bull, Doberman, Siberian Husky, Akita, Chow, Mastiff, Great Dane, German Shepard, Dalmatian, Bull Terrier, Alaskan Malamute, or any mix of these breeds.We do not have weight restrictions. Cats are an additional $35 per month per cat and dogs are an additional $55 per month per dog. 

Greenview Village has off-street parking available on a first-come-first-serve basis. We do not have covered parking at Greenview Village. Each bedroom comes with a parking sticker. For example, a one-bedroom apartment would come with one parking spot; a two-bedroom would come with two parking spots.​We do not have assigned parking.

​Guests may park on Greenview Drive or Golfview Drive. 

During the winter months, each building has designated times when all vehicles must be removed from the residential parking lots. For any accumulating snow, your vehicle must be removed. The center of the parking lot will always be kept passable during a snowstorm. Our Maintenance Team will take care of the shoveling and salting of all walkways and heavily trafficked areas.

​How far are you from downtown Manchester?

​The city bus stop is just a short walk away from Greenview Village.

​We are near both the 93 & 239. 

The Manchester School District serves students at Greenview Village Apartments. Our local schools are Northwest Elementary, Middle School at Parkside, and Manchester High School West are the local public schools. The Derryfield School is a local private school serving grades 6-12.
