|Recommended: YesWe love it here — Greenview Village made the process of moving in a breeze. Ian was very helpful throughout the whole process. There is plenty of parking and the apartments are very quiet. I love the layout of our one bedroom it has plenty of kitchen cabinet storage and a huge closet in the bedroom.

|Recommended: NoWas nice, but property going down hill — was nice when Dolben was the property manager but is going downhill since Palmer set up their own property management company. For example, small things are being ignored such as refilling the doggie bag stations and a burnt out light at the entrance of the building I live in over two months not cleaning up leaves until after Thanksgiving and into December. Plus it seems that it is harder for some folks to get remedial maintenance such as moldy ceilings and peeling wallpaper in in their bathrooms.

We’re sorry to have let you down. We were short staffed this summer when our Maintenance Supervisor passed away however these items should still have been taken care of. We’re not aware of any remedial maintenance requests however if you have one please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can take the appropriate action. |Recommended: YesNew To The Area — The apartment building is extremely quiet. Residents are respectful and helpful. The leasing staff was extremely helpful and answered the large amount of emails that I sent before I moved in. The only complaints I have are the condition of the appliances my dishwasher is loud with my refrigerator being even louder and the awful air conditioners and covers in the apartment.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you had problems with your air conditioner. This summer it was very difficult for us to get new ac units due to high demand brought on by the record breaking heat and also because of Covid19 many factories were closed or not operating at full capacity which delayed shipments. Please let us know if there is anything we can do for you in the future and we apologize for the delay in fixing your air conditioner.

|Recommended: YesGood apartment compared to others. — Location is good for its quiet area and scenery. No other apartment locally has all the amenities we need at the same cost. We've had few issues with the apartment itself no pests, no big noise issues. Staff are a little slow to communicate back if there's a non-maintenance issue, and maintenance team doesn't communicate but with brief notes left after they've done work. I don't believe anyone has been hired to clean halls common area and that's a bit disappointing, especially during the pandemic.
Generally not the worst, by any means, compared to the slumlords of Manchester.
